Ebay sales policies are listed on our Ebay listings. Purchases from this web site can be made by sending an email to sales@minershop.com.

All sales from our RockShop are offered with a full 5 day money-back guarantee. Free shipping is included for all sales within the domestic USA. International customers pay the actual shipping costs.

Paying

We accept check, money order, credit cards (via PayPal). For PayPal send money to sales@minershop.com. Make all checks and money orders out to Mark Cole, and inquire for our mailing address.

Reserving an Item

Items ordered and paid by check will be placed on “reserve” for a maximum of one week - awaiting arrival of payment. Please allow 10 days for the check to clear prior to shipment.

Trades

MinerShop is always looking for high-end specimens and will consider any reasonable trade. The best candidates for a trade are our Greenland Minerals - we carry a large inventory and have direct access to the mining areas.

We carry an extensive inventory and will be happy to select a piece for you if you don’t find the exact specimen you want listed on Ebay or our website. Perhaps you want something smaller or larger than one you see listed; just let us know and we’ll see what we have. We do not provide photos of custom selected pieces (if this were the case we would have little time for other endeavors - taking our pics is time consuming). But remember that all sales from this web site (and Ebay) carry a full satisfaction guarantee - just send it back if you don’t like it.
