I am talking about specimens of wernerite (meionite) (yellow) / diopside (blue) from the Greenville area, Québec. The exact locality is being kept secret, but it is not in Ontario as stated with one of your picture. The confusion is because of the secrecy of the exact location and certainly because the dealer that collect these specimens is from Ontario. This dealer is quite in agreement with the following correction.

It is not diopside but tremolite. I just realized that this mistake is even on Mindat so that I will have to contact them like I have contacted many dealers in the past.

This blue fluorescence has been reported as being cause by diopside, this is wrong. Under the microscope, you can see that the diopside crystals are not fluorescent, but that another mineral is on the diopside. This was analyzed with X Ray at the Canadian Museum of Nature and the result was an amphibole, the best possibility being tremolite.
